This information is used to operate the Platform, facilitate access to benefits, and improve the overall user experience.

2.2 We may collect this information when you provide it over our Services such as on our Services, our Application, or through our Website.

2.3 When you use our Services, we may also collect certain information about you by using technologies such as computer information analytics, cookies, web server logs, and web beacons.

2.4Like many other services different from Fun Network™, we make use of log files. The information inside the log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, type of browser, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, and the number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement around the site, and gather demographic information.

2.5 A cookie is data sent from a server (such as the one where our Website is located) and then stored on your computer (where you are using our Website). 3.1.5.1 When signing up via the Application or via Fun Network™ itself, we may receive the following: Name, image, email, ID token, age, phone number; account contacts, precise location, approximate location; contacts of your shared storage; wireless connections.

3.1.5.2 Other interactions:

• 3.1.5.2.1 Card-Connect card token, device token, device ID – UDID, location, social networking IDs.
• 3.1.5.2.2 Member Locations you have visited, Memberships that you hold, Family Members or guests associated with your account, your favorite Member Locations, your Member Locations associated with Unlimited Play, Gift Card and Ticket data stored into our Services, your sending of Invitations to phone contacts, the last four digits of your payment card detail, and your transaction history involving any Consumer, Merchant Partner, third party service, including Packages purchased through Partner businesses, check-in activity, and benefit usage across the Fun Network platform.

3.2 Personal information excludes any information you may choose to submit publicly, such as reviews, comments, critiques, editorials, testimonials, documentaries, forums, or blog discussion content.

4.1 We do not rent lists or sell your personal information. However, we may disclose personal information as necessary to operate the Platform and deliver services, including sharing information with Partner businesses, service providers, and third parties as described below. (Note:SMS consent is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.) We may share your personal information with:

• 4.1.1 Our various publishing imprints within Fun Network™ and affiliates;
• 4.1.2Our contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business and to fulfill services requested by you, including, without limitation, Purveyors, credit card processing companies, advertising & marketing services providers and consultants, public relations firms, and printers;

• 4.1.3 If you purchase or use a membership or Package associated with a Partner business, you acknowledge and agree that your personal information will be shared with that Partner.

  This may include, but is not limited to: Name and contact information, Family Member Details, Membership or Package details, Check-in and visit activity, Benefit usage and redemption, Account status related to the Partner. This information is shared to: Facilitate access to Partner locations and experiences, Validate memberships and check-ins, Provide customer support, and Deliver benefits associated with the Package. By using the Platform and purchasing a Package, you expressly consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information with the applicable Partner as described in this Privacy Policy. Once your information is shared with a Partner, it is subject to that Partner's own privacy practices and policies. Fun Network is not responsible for how Partners use or manage your information;

• 4.1.4To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by Fun Network™ about our Services' users is among the assets transferred. Under such circumstances we would, to the extent possible, require the acquiring party to follow the practices described in this Privacy Policy, as it may be amended from time to time. Nevertheless, we cannot ensure that an acquiring company or the merged company will have the same privacy practices or treat your information the same as described in this Policy; and
• 4.1.5 To other third parties with your express consent.

5.3 Partner businesses from whom you purchase or access a Package may obtain and use your information as necessary to provide services, enforce their policies, and manage your membership experience.

• 6.1.4 CardConnect;
• 6.1.5 Firebase;
• 6.1.6 Plivo;

• 6.1.9 ApplePay;
• 6.1.10 Sign in with Apple;
• 6.1.11 Sign in with Facebook;
• 6.1.12 Sign in with Google.

6.2 Payment may occur via external payment processors, in which case you may be sharing payment information with such processors when they request it.

6.3Our Services use Google Analytics and/or other similar programs to understand how and from where our site visitors are coming. The advertisements and links that appear on the Website and other technologies (such as cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons) may also be used by third-party ad networks to measure the effectiveness of their advertisements and/or to personalize the advertising content that you see. The functions and services of Google Analytics related to Fun Network™ are the responsibility of Google. All the cookies, images, videos, statistics, and other components of Google Apps comply with Google's Privacy Policy. Fun Network™ has no access to or control over any cookies used by third-party services.

Fun Network does not control and is not responsible for the data practices of such third parties.

7.1 We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information:

7.1.1You can contact support@Funnetwork.com with the subject line "Unsubscribe" to opt-out of any marketing communications which you may have opted into, noting that this opt-out does not apply to communications we send to you about your transactions with us;

7.1.2 Our electronic direct marketing communications contain our contact details and the same above email address to which you can send a request that such communications cease;

7.1.3 Reviewing, Updating, and Modifying Personal Information

7.1.3.1 Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to request access to and receive details about you and update and correct inaccuracies or delete your account and all private data in your personal information. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

7.2 You may contact support@Funnetwork.com to request receipt of information that we hold about you, or to request that we delete information that we hold about you, with both requests separately subject to applicable laws. We may charge a reasonable administration fee to perform any of the requests, and you would have to provide payment by the Terms to effect such requests.

7.3 By opting into SMS from a web form or other medium, you are agreeing to receive SMS messages from Fun Network. This includes SMS messages for customer care and account notifications. 8.1 We take reasonable steps to help protect and secure your personal information from accidental loss and unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.
